Each ELP is held to extremely high standards and must not only follow the Dave Ramsey principles, but also receive personalized coaching and continued accountability from the Dave Ramsey team. ELP’s have to be licensed full-time agents who have at least four years’ tenure & who close at least 35 transactions per year.
